The Traitors Gate is a stunning London pub situated opposite the Tower of London in one of the capitals most iconic locations. The guest base is made up of tourists at the weekend and city workers during the week. This is great opportunity for someone who wants to work in central London and lead one of our newest pubs.

Management Profile

We are looking for a passionate, standards driven General Manager to join our successful team and drive this business forward. The right candidate will enjoy working in a high energy London pub and have a passion for guest service. The ability to lead and inspire a large team is fundamental for the success of the business. The successful candidate will be involved with the development project and the retail offer. Candidates must be able to show exceptional skill in the following areas;

• Sales and profit
• Team turnover
• Team training and development
• Guest satisfaction
• Cost margins
• Health and Safety

• Flawless execution of the offer
• Creation of sales driving activity on a regular basis

• All aspects of licensing, food and health & safety compliance in line with the law

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: £40,000 dependent on experience

The pub does not have any manager or team accommodation a live out allowance will be offered.
