The CEO will be responsible for leading and developing the company, which currently has 45 employees. Furthermore, the CEO will be responsible for conducting growth and profit work, as well as improvement work, in addition to developing the issuer business towards the authorities and the players in the industry.  Other tasks will be: 

• Daily operation of the company, including budget and personnel responsibilities 
• Optimize operations, development and growth 
• Recruit, develop and motivate employees 
• Operational relationship building internally and externally 
• Improvement work related to the business unit's delivery and production units, as well as further developing internal routines 

Qualifications: 

• Legal, technological or financial education at master's level 
• Experience from management with direct responsibility for results for top and bottom line 
• Good digital understanding with experience from technology-driven change processes
• Preferably experience from a strictly regulated industry 

  Personal characteristics: 

• Proactive and comfortable in communication with the industry 
• Analytical and well thought out 
• Good collaboration skills and ability to share their knowledge with others  
• Structured in its work approach, with high work capacity 
• Good oral and written presentation skills in Scandinavian and English
