Responsibilities:
Develop Market Strategy:
- Understand market opportunities
- Determine Kodak strengths and weaknesses
- Perform competitive assessment and identify market participation strategy
- Develop manufacturing and service strategy
- Develop technology roadmap and investment requirements/strategies
- Manager and Develop New Sales Accounts:
- Drive growth with new accounts
- Assist in negotiating contracts
- Implement agreements as needed
- Develop product and pricing strategies
- • Execute on pricing and sales targets
- Manage Existing Accounts:
- Manage demand and supply forecast
- Address customer concerns and billing/delivery issues
- Develop and negotiate commercial terms
- Address changes to the material itself (in-coming)
- Interface with manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Address commercial issues
Marketing:
- Intelligence on market pricing
- Competitor intelligence
- General trends in the industry
Profit and Loss Management:
- Ensure financial commitments are achieved
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business Field
- Demonstrated broad knowledge of renewable energy / battery industry
- Well entrenched in the renewable energy / battery business, with good industry contacts
- Track record of delivering growth and profitable results in start-up business environment
- Ability to manage a fluid environment of shifting priorities in a new business development arena
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly effective at building and driving collaborations across organizational boundaries
- Motivated, self-starter with Project leadership and good organizational skills
