Ascension St. Vincent is looking for a full time, BC/BE Gastroenterologist  to join our elite team in Kokomo, Indiana.

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is a 129-bed hospital providing a range of healthcare services and resources to residents of Howard County that are typically only found in larger metropolitan areas.

As part of the Ascension St. Vincent Indiana Heart Attack Network, our emergency care team is available 24-7. 

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo provides personalized maternity services with experienced OB-GYNs, prenatal care nurse educators and a team to make the birth of your child as comfortable and memorable as possible. 

Our orthopedic surgery and recovery Joint Success Program is an example of our tailored approach that has led to positive outcomes.

Onsite services include physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, a full-service lab, respiratory therapy, Wound Healing Center, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, x-ray, fluoroscopy, DEXA, digital mammography, and breast biopsy.

What You Will Do

Currently, Ascension Medical Group Anderson has 4  Gastroenterologists in their group. We are looking to add two Gastroenterology physicians to cover our Kokomo location. The goal is to have the following coverage:

Clinic

4 physicians at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson

2 physicians at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo

Inpatient consults and weekend coverage

Procedures

Shared call coverage between Anderson and Kokomo

In the future would like to add a 6th Gastroenterologist to provider clinic and procedure coverage to North Critical Access Hospitals.
