We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and support our community pharmacy branches. This position is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), driving operational excellence, and managing a wide-reaching network of teams to deliver quality service and strong financial performance.

You will work closely with your Area Managers, Branch Managers, Pharmacist Managers, and key internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and ensure branch compliance with all healthcare regulations. This role is suited to a driven and adaptable leader ready to make an impact in a high responsibility environment.

Who are we looking for?

  • Ideal candidates will bring a mix of healthcare management experience, financial acumen, and strategic insight. Additionally, we are looking for:
  • Leadership Expertise: Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and drive performance.
  • Operational Knowledge: Experience with pharmacy operations, including GPhC regulations and familiarity with NHS contracts and public health services.
  • Financial Skills: Competence in budget management, financial reporting, and cost optimisation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled at conveying information, active listening, and building strong relationships across teams and partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align branch activities with larger company goals and make informed decisions.
