Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing internal and external administrative and customer support.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed. Translate PS documents to Spanish.
- Maintain various databases including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, etc.
- Schedule and administer work assignments. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, function as a “backup†clerk for Distribution loads, schedule incoming freight, etc.
- Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.
- Print labels and create problem tickets.
- Create load sheets and/or ASN’s.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
- At least 2 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
- At least 1 year experience with AS400 and SAP.
Additional
- Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English/Spanish. Must have good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Must have good problem solving skills; must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.
