We are building a community of Contractors to support our clients in transforming their work, workforce and workplace in ways that lead to adaptability, a leading edge on competition, and greater return on total workforce investment. We are seeking capabilities in our Workforce Strategy group across the following key areas:

-         Future of Work: Advise clients on the future of work for their industry and bring perspectives around the workforce changes required as a result of changes to work; facilitate and manage client conversations around the future of the workforce; build materials in Microsoft Office to create strategies, Operating Models, processes, and technology recommendations around the future of the workforce

-         Performance and Talent Management: Advise clients on their Performance and Talent Management strategies; facilitate and manage client conversations around Performance and Talent Management leading practices and client needs; build materials in Microsoft Office to create strategies, Operating Models, processes, and technology recommendations around Performance and Talent Management

-         Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Advise clients on their DEI strategies; facilitate and manage sensitive client conversations around DEI leading practices and client needs; build materials in Microsoft Office to create strategies, Operating Models, processes, and organizational recommendations around DEI

-         Workforce Planning: Advise clients on their Workforce Planning strategies; facilitate and manage client conversations around Workforce Planning leading practices and client needs; build materials in Microsoft Office to create strategies, Operating Models, processes, and technology recommendations around Workforce Planning

In this role, you will

·        Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client

·        Contribute to the overall project success

·        Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

As a Job Architecture Contractor in Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation group, you may perform the following job responsibilities:

  • Develop total rewards compensation studies for a variety of clients
  • Support the development of base pay and incentive compensation program design
  • Model financial impact of compensation plans in support of compensation plan analysis and design
  • Assist with compensation function process definition and organization structure design projects
  • Support the implementation of a new compensation program, policy, or regulation
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct performance metrics studies
  • Prepare client reports including exhibits and summaries

Qualifications

Required:

·        Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of compensation/JA experience

·        Travel up to 50% (While up to 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

·        Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Preferred:

·        4+ years of consulting experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Job Architecture, Compensation program design, compensation functional design, M&A integration support

·        Strong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skills

·        Ability to succeed in team-based or independent environments

·        Well-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneously

·        Strong oral and written communication skills

·        Ability to create and manage client relationships and develop business

·        Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
