Job Summary:

As the Tourist Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with the Sales team daily and partners including local area hotels and ticket outlets.  The ability to stay highly engaged and aware of the Client’s needs will be expected.  Your role is important in supporting administration tasks, project work and training efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with brand website approvals, Disneycopyright.com, Disney asset and social media guidelines, and preparation of sweepstakes to follow Disney Brand Guidelines.
• Audit, prepare, and send monthly reports to Sales Leadership to assure copyright and contract website compliance, and provide updates on website-driven initiatives.
• Support client technology needs, including websites and post arrival POS and assist with resolving client and tech issues with Digital.
• Direct clients on promotional offers and assets on DisneyCopyright.com, Disney Site Builder and Good Neighbor Hotel Landing page to increase online presence.
• Track and forecast marketing collateral for the channel by account to maintain inventory based on anticipated needs.
• Develop sales client collateral delivery route and deliver collateral to key contacts.
• Facilitate Disneyland Resort training for front desk client.
• Support post-arrival POS system, from account creation to payment reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of Disneyland Resort experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Hospitality products and services.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Adobe Professional Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience with facilitating presentations.
• Comfortable communicating with high-profile Guests.

Required Education

• High School Diploma.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree.

The hiring range for this position in California is $20.75 to $27.83 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
