Technical Project Analyst – 12months Fixed term contract

Salary between £40,000 - £50,000

Are you currently seeking a new challenging opportunity to utilise your technical and project management skills?

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Analyst, to lead on a programme of iterative improvements to a newly implemented portfolio management tool (Planview). 

This role could be suitable for you if you’re organised, a fantastic communicator with excellent technical skills and experience in project delivery. You will work across all Aviva markets influencing stakeholders at all levels, building a robust reporting capability to enable the transformation of Aviva’s change portfolio.

A bit about the job:

  • The CIO analyst role will be pivotal for:

  • Supporting the Change Framework team to challenge the business on what changes should/shouldn't be made

  • Supporting the Transformation team on their transition to the new portfolio management system

  • Building a network of people across the change community to iteratively improve on the initial implementation of the new portfolio management system

  • Amending existing out of the box reports to meet specific requirements

  • Building and updating portfolio dashboards

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working with the Planview tool – desirable

  • Ability to deliver structured documentation/presentation in a format appropriate to the target audience

  • Task ownership and delivery experience in a similar environment /industry

  • Experience in a reporting analytics platform

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
