The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:

The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.

This role will directly support the Strategic Digital Initiatives Leader with a focus on the technology solution to support a firmwide skills strategy and framework. 

 Project deliverables include:

• Technology visioning materials

• Documented system requirements

• Vendor analysis and scorecard to facilitate vendor recommendation

• Implementation roadmap

Key Responsibilities:

Collect requirements and assess technology needs to recommend a future state skills platform. 

Activities to include:

• Facilitate end users interviews to understand system needs, pain points and areas of opportunity

• Create materials for technology visioning session

• Document system requirements

• Define vendor assessment approach and create questionnaire and scoring criteria

• Conduct vendor interviews to document fit against requirements

• Document vendor tool selection analysis

• Support material creation to outline implementation roadmap and timing options

• Draft an operations, support, and maintenance plan

• Update project plans, track action items, and conduct follow up activities

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with talent technology implementations or enhancing other enterprise digital talent solutions

• Ability to translate functional requirements and identify, with subject matter expert support, dependencies, and downstream implications of new technologies

• Proven experience of documenting workflow and system integrations in order to make recommendations for streamlined future-state – keeping user experience and on-going management at the forefront of design

• Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

• Previous experience collaborating with a cross-functional team in a Professional services environment (preferred)
