8+ years product and program management experience

Demonstrated expertise working with product, service, operations, and go-to-market teams to drive planning, short/long-term goal setting, tracking and decision making.
Take a data-driven approach to understanding resource needs and to ensure that translates into program structure and teams that are effectively staffed to achieve the expected pace and market milestones.
Experience onboarding teams and establishing routines for working sessions and reporting.
Ability to effectively blend Agile principles with the predictable delivery needed by stakeholders and clients.
Experience providing effective data-driven tracking and reporting dashboards to ensure progress in an agile environment, including surfacing and resolving risks to product and operational plans.
Ability to engage with Fidelity Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure development and delivery plans and materials are reviewed and that all issues identified are tracked and worked to resolution.
Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve alignment within the organization and across Fidelity Healthcare Group.
Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams.
Understanding of the breadth of Fidelity’s Workplace offerings and how Health and Benefit Accounts fit within this portfolio.
Effectively packaging and communicating program progress to the most senior executive leaders, in partnership with functional and team SMEs/leaders.

Your routine engagement of Legal, Risk and Compliance will ensure new capabilities achieve the highest standards of compliance and performance in the industry that is expected of Fidelity.
Your measurement of performance through established KPIs and delivery to agreed upon schedules will allow internal stakeholders can plan accordingly to support service delivery
Ensure that new capabilities, positioning, and fit criteria are well understood by sales, marketing, communications, operations and product maintenance to ensure a smooth go to market strategy.
