Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years selling power products & components
- Strong commercial and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate interaction across divisions,CRDS, Power Systems, EESS
- Ability to interact with business leaders across the organization
- Experience aligning strategy with key stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant product knowledge to enable technical discussions with Amazon Engineering
- Experience with Amazon AWS business
- Experience with large scale account management, and or customer negotiations
- MBA
- Strong Power Distribution background

- Knowledge of products, product applications and distribution channels
- Significant sales presence
- Ability to command in difficult sales situations

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $ 114,462- $157,385 a year.
