The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design or front-end Web Development
• Proven ability to design and develop using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Hands on experience building interactive web portals on the Microsoft SharePoint platform
• Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform
• In-depth knowledge and skills in web design and development
• Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
