As a SharePoint Developer in our practice, you will:

• Design the organization’s SharePoint sites on both O365 and SharePoint 2013  using human-centered design principles
• Establish and support effective knowledge management and collaboration using SharePoint best practices
• Develop tools to enhance and automate processes including Power Automate and PowerApps
• Responsible for working with Deloitte team members and client teams to interview stakeholders, gather requirements
• Translate requirements to SharePoint solutions, and build/test/implement the Microsoft O365 and SharePoint based tools 
• Track and report on all project statuses to the client and project leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
• 4+ years of SharePoint 2013 and O365 development experience
• Experience creating and troubleshooting workflows using SharePoint Designer
• Must be local to the DMV area
• Must hold an active US Top Secret clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience with Power Automate and PowerApps
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize tasks
