Position Summary

Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. Work you’ll do 

• Lead and support teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise level Nuvolo projects including requirements, design, configuration/development, implementation, data migration, UAT, training, and adoption.
• Develop and establish implementation tools and processes.
• Serve as point of contact for Nuvolo SaaS implementation and development teams across GPS business.
• Manage, monitor, and be accountable for project delivery and client management.
• Develop and implement enhancements and customizations to Nuvolo's portfolio of applications in support of the client's needs, including but not limited to space and facilities management
• Assist in developing a best-in-class support apparatus for the Nuvolo product.

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations. 

Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• 2+ years of experience supporting or leading the implementation of ServiceNow or Nuvolo application
• 2+ years leading, or engaging with, a team of developers in the design and build of a ServiceNow or Nuvolo application
• 2+ years of experience with facilities/space management, maintenance, and capital projects functionality to document and configure business processes within the Nuvolo application 

Preferred: 

• Previous experience supporting a government or public service client
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Highly collaborative in a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s)
• Ability to present information in an effective way
