What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

• Perform specific delivery support activities for multiple customers
• Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
• Build in-depth knowledge of the Managed Services/Professional Services business
• Develop framework for analyzing specific business, performance, and operational measures
• Expertise in visualizing data and interpreting data into actionable insights

Essential Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• MSExcel, PowerBI, and/or Python
• SQL, MS SQL Server Management
• PowerApps Development
• Sharepoint Development

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
• Proven experience in a similar role
