- Ability to manage high change pace organizations dealing with high ambiguity
- Ability to provide Rewards solutions while aligning to Global Policies and Guidelines
- Strong project management skills and good change management skills given the nature of the work is mostly transformational.
- Ability to work multi-site, multi-functional operations (e.g. geographical dispersion, different segment operations approach)
- Role will require to travel to Manufacturing sites to better understand local needs and bring ideas/solutions accordingly
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Finance or another relevant discipline
- 10+ years relevant professional experience, preferably in Rewards in CPG companies and/or Manufacturing environment
- Rewards technical knowledge and experience in market survey management
- Preferably to have Workday experience and overall knowledge of HR Information Systems managing big mass data
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Monitor market trends and insights locally where Mars units have sites (around +20 factory sites)
- Participate in relevant salary survey forums and build relationships with other external Manufacturing Rewards colleagues keeping market pulse
- Sponsor surveys amongst competitors to collect local data
- Manage survey participation both nationally and locally focused on Manufacturing, including the submission of data, analysis of external data, diagnostics, and reporting
- Provide key findings and critical market trends data and insights to enable decision making in Mars business units.
- Ensuring seamless flow of essential information to key stakeholders within Rewards and P&O.
- Partner with Global Analytics Team to embed MFG Analytics in Global P&O Dashboard
- Partner with other segments Total Rewards Partners to have a harmonized approach across North America
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and RPO to leverage vendor data
