Job Description
Job Responsibilities include:
- Work with retail leadership to develop Perfect Store Retail KPIs, growth targets, performance tracking methodology, and data collection strategies to support retail goals
- Develop and publish regular Perfect Store KPI Scorecards across channels/customers and maintain accuracy of metrics for all retail reporting. Troubleshoot and enhance scorecard as needed.
- Manage day-to-day relationship with technology and reporting partner, ATLAS
- Contribute to periodic Demand Management Review reporting upon request
- Function as Mars Wrigley Retail Operations liaison in the development and management of our data lake capabilities
- Train and assist in onboarding new third party/broker analysts on Mars systems and reporting
- Analyze and serve as thought leader on coverage, time-in-field, and time-in-store metrics
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by Retail leadership.
- Work with MW Category team to ensure alignment of Retail strategy with broader organizational priorities
- Assist in the implementation of new and/or updated Field Sales technologies.
- Connect with global partners on Retail best practices and idea sharing, representing Mars Wrigley US
- Assist in Test & Learn processes when necessary, sharing feedback with test & learn team on how proposed tests might affect existing retail reporting and/or processes
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience as Sales/Retail Analyst, in Field Sales, or in another relevant business function
- An aptitude for understanding and analyzing complex processes
- An ability to acquire new technical skills quickly and independently
- A strong process orientation and aptitude for project management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Highly effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
