The Financial Enablement and Analysis team functions as a centralized analytics area, which supports financial reporting and case accuracy across products, markets and segments.

We collaborate with a broad matrix of business partners, including FIRM (Financial Information Reporting Mart) production, accounting, finance, and underwriting teams to ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of results.

We are currently hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, who has experience navigating and analyzing data, to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly production Alteryx workflows (to publish financial results and perform validations to ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of results).

• Support and collaborate with other stakeholder teams in connection with monthly and quarterly reporting inquiries.

• Collaborate with business partners to support FIRM adoption and user training.

• Develop processes to analyze results and identify potential discrepancies.

• Partner with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across various teams to resolve issues.

• Support market reporting by performing case level analytics to ensure allocation quality controls are met.

• Initiate and maintain communication with matrix partners and finance stakeholders regarding deliverable timelines, potential data issues and analytical findings.

• Apply understanding of the business in standard and ad hoc data analysis requests

• Collaborate with the business partners in existing and new areas supported by FIRM to understand their needs; actively engage stakeholders for input and feedback

• Quickly and accurately reacts to ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of equivalent experience (preferred in Finance, Accounting or Underwriting)

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent related business experience preferred.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results required.

• Tableau and Alteryx experience preferred.

• Must have experience navigating and analyzing data.

• Detail oriented with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly.

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Proven ability to:

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Influence in a matrix environment

• Foster collaboration, value other perspectives, gain support and buy-in

• Successfully engage the right individuals to achieve goals

• Work comfortably with management and functional leaders

• Work under pressure in a fast paced, highly matrixed environmentIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 89,300 - 148,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
