Position Summary
Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance professionals are leaders in optimizing operations that span the entire enterprise of an organization, from strategy to implementation and operation. Work you’ll do
- Develop an understanding of client's new cybersecurity service consumer-base
- Develop a strategy that enables client to consistently drive down risk across the multiple user communities
- Develop service delivery strategy and strategic governance concepts to support organizational growth and maturity
- Produce written and graphics-based deliverables (e.g., roadmaps, strategic plans, playbooks, concepts of operations) to define, memorialize, and mature shared services operations
- Identify impact, dependencies, and/or risks to the cybersecurity Program Roadmap.
- Develop/refine the services catalog for the client stakeholders
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and customers to identify growth opportunities for shared services

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity services, shared services, or similar strategy creation and management
- 3+ years experience producing written and graphics-based deliverables (e.g., roadmaps, strategic plans, playbooks, concepts of operations)
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in operating model transformations, agency optimization strategies, efficiency/effectiveness assessments, analytics, program management, strategic initiatives
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
- Demonstrated understanding of the way tech (e.g., RPA, AI, ServiceNow, etc.) can support improved service delivery
