Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

• Create a strategy for collecting and analyzing customer and stakeholder feedback while understanding the required current and future capabilities
• Analyze current datasets, map outcomes to objectives, and provide recommendations on how to accommodate gaps in data
• Develop and refine the service catalog based on feedback and capabilities assessment

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations. 

Qualifications 

Required:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity services, shared services, or similar strategy creation and management
• 3+ years of experience analyzing current datasets, mapping outcomes to objectives, and providing recommendations on how to accommodate gaps in data
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in operating model transformations, agency optimization strategies, efficiency/effectiveness assessments, analytics, program management, strategic initiatives
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 

Preferred: 

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
• Demonstrated understanding of the way tech (e.g., RPA, AI, ServiceNow, etc.) can support improved service delivery
• Experience with stakeholder management and customer engagement, including customer feedback and surveys
