The Senior Analyst role is a member of the Capacity Planning team, delivering impactful and insightful capacity data analytics and intelligence to our business partners. The main objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics and strategic business partner support to support data driven decisions and drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations for business partners and line finance. You will also provide a broad range of ad hoc analytical support, to business partners and team members. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in the financial service industry, with experience using data and analytics to consult and inform strategy
• Degree or experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business.)
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Power BI etc.  
• Experience working with offshore teams preferred
• Fidelity experience is a plus
