Job Description
In this role as Agile & DevSecOps Transformation Coach, you will:
- Proactively lead and drive the adoption of Agile, Lean / Six Sigma, DevSecOps and SAFe methodologies across the Value stream
- Lead the Agile and Lean / Six Sigma process improvement
- Leverage Design Thinking thought leadership to creatively bring new solutions to our customers
- Continuously evolve and improve Agile processes creating IT efficiencies to accelerate time to value for business outcomes
- Partner with the Product Portfolio Operations team to standardize best practices across the value stream
- Participate in the development of tools and best practices
- Occasionally require direct team involvement as ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer role as the need arises
- May develop new concepts and solutions.
- Participate on global Agile, Product Centric, and ITIL councils
- Be accountable for driving efficiencies within the value stream processes
- Be responsible for governance processes across the global value stream
- Demonstrate success through performance measures by transformation, speed, and sustainable metric improvements
- Develop and maintain Eaton Specific Agile playbooks and training materials
- Partner with the change management and product teams to drive the transformation
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $130,400 - $179,300 a year. Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive plan with a target at 21% of base salary.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum years of 10 IT experience
- For US Eaton location, candidate must be authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship
Position Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree business administration, computer science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement experience
- Strong project management background including knowledge of various project life cycles SCRUM, waterfall, and hybrid in a manufacturing environment. Good working knowledge and experience with basic tools such as Lean, Six-Sigma, and problem solving/decision making skills
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and influence without positional authority. Self-motivated, self-directed critical thinker with demonstrated process management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
