Job Purpose and Impact
The Security Awareness Program Professional, under the direction of Global Security leadership, will collaborate across Cargill’s businesses and functions as well as partner with third-party vendors to identify and mitigate physical security risks. In this role, you will lead and support the development and performance of Cargill’s physical security awareness program.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate across Cargill’s enterprises, businesses, and functions and with third-party vendors to develop and maintain a travel security program
- Design and deliver industry leading security awareness benchmark solutions to Cargill’s enterprises, businesses, and functions
- Support high-level stakeholder collaboration in the development and integration of GS’ programs, plans, strategies and processes
- Lead third-party vendor management through the development of requirements that ensure vendor compliance with contract commitments
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
