Job Purpose and Impact
The SAP UX Portfolio Coordinator will apply a basic understanding of Portfolio Management and Business Analysis practices to support the development, testing and implementation of software applications. In this role, you will partner with project teams and stakeholders to implement SAP software applications in alignment with approved architecture and business processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Use a general understanding of architecture standards and business processes to define and govern the software applications direction.
- Participate in investigations of moderately complex business and system issues to research and identify innovative solutions.
- Follow documentation standards, test and debug software applications, configure software and support deployment and cutover activities to implement solution applications.
- Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.
- Execute the strategy and planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
- Interpret and understand data and business reporting from complex process areas across a subset of the organization.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in project management of technology projects
- 2 years’ experience as a business analyst for technology projects in SAP or similar technology
- Education or experience in a technical writing or communications role responsible for documentation
- Advanced experience with Microsoft O365 applications and solutions (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma knowledge or certification
- PMI PMP certification
- PowerPlatform knowledge (especially Power Apps and PowerBI)
