Work you’ll do
Our current work blends process improvement and documentation with automation platforms, project management, and systems integrator support to deliver state-of-the-art Human Capital Transformation. We are looking for individuals who bring an innovative flavor and “art of the possible†mindset to standardizing and transforming the current way of business. •Working with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations •Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Transformation effort •Providing hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate •Facilitating whiteboard sessions to brainstorm the “art-of-the-possible†for future state business process via an assortment of automation platforms. •Translating future state business process requirements into user stories for Sprint cycle development •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 2-week sprint cycles and regular application release cycles. •Establishing strong relationships with the multiple stakeholders during business process discussions, stakeholder review meetings, and application development cycles. •Working side-by-side with the modeling team to shepherd application development through sprint cycles, gate reviews, and testing stages. •Developing detailed implementation plans for deploying applications including establishing key milestones & systems accesses •TS/SCI w/ poly
