Reporting Manager

As a Reporting Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the D2C2 Data environment, including the overarching combined Data Model for 15 plus different COTS products, the Data Warehouse, Operational and Functional Reporting, Financial and Billable reporting, and the underlying multi tenant, cloud based infrastructure to deliver. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage/Lead a team of reporting engineers to build entire enterprise warehouse
• Oversee the connection of software to many products
• Lead team of Qlik report builders to build hundreds of internal and external reports
• Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects 
• Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships 
• Serve as a ""Subject Matter Expert"", adding experienced insights into client challenges
• Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process 
• Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives 
• Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans 
• Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff 
• Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process"

Qualifications 

Required: 

• 10+ years experience. 
• Experience in Data engineering, data model development, Data Warehouse Implementation, Data Warehouse Design, Report Design, Qlik Sense, Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose.
• Experience in Project management.
• Experienced using Google Cloud and Google Big Query.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
