What You'll Do
The primary focus is to request and acquire Building Access Agreements for commercial businesses to deliver Cox Business products and services to their property and assist leadership with Special Projects supporting both revenue and non-revenue initiatives for Cox Business. Customer type includes small, medium, large businesses, educational, and government accounts, as well as other specific market verticals i.e., hospitality, cell towers.
- Provides Sales Operations support of Cox’s BAA real estate portfolio in a specific region portfolio, including new, revenue-generating agreements and maintaining Cox’s existing portfolio of BAAs. BAA’s will be a key point of contact for ongoing commercial dialogue with property managers and business owners.
- Contract preparation and execution follow-up through fully executed agreements, easements, and addendums with the property owner, finance, and CB legal to ensure a professional relationship.
- Provide administrative and data management support to sales teams and special assignments as necessary.
- Works with Sales support teams to ensure an understanding of and ability to use Salesforce.com and related data management and reporting systems.
- Ensures all Salesforce.com and other systems are accurate and up-to-date and in compliance of Cox standards.
- Supports Sales Operations teams as required by generating, preparing, and analyzing team data for reporting to ensure meeting and exceeding customer service level agreements.
- Collaboratively works with Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure the understanding of and ability to determine the best solution for the customer and Cox when property owner denies easement or access agreements.
- Research properties using various tools such as county assessor or Co-star to obtain property owner to ensure all parcel owners and associations involved are notified and proper authorization is granted to legally build-out projects.
- Research internal and external customer escalations for non-revenue generating activities (e.g., upgrades and field issues) working cross- functionally to develop and implement effective solution.
- Meet and attend events with property owners to establish a productive relationship and provide education regarding Cox’s processes.
- Submits leads through CB Sales Force.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to provide solutions to customer needs and challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of MS Office products such as Word/Excel, PP, SharePoint,
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external customers toward attainment of regional and corporate goals
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Skilled in negotiating commercial real estate contracts
- Proficient in ICOMS, WATTS & OPTIX, and MyWorld
- Prior experience negotiating building access agreements and easements
- Experience of Co-Star
- Solid knowledge of organization's Cox Business products and technologies
- Familiar with Salesforce
- Use of DocuSign
