What will be your key responsibilities?

• Coordinate commissioning, validation, and start-up for major and small minor projects at the site

• Develop the CVS plan to include Global Best Practices for Quality & Food Safety

•  Set up and lead meetings related to CVS activities and project information

•  Resolve cross functional issues and agree on actions, follow up on actions, define and report on milestones

• Support site CVS activities including coordination of resources, collaboration with engineering group, leading cross-functional decision-making teams concerning project activities, developing the CVS plan,  and maximizing the operational effectiveness of start-up

• Support large number of Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing as needed for projects

• Lead new equipment to agreed upon performance metrics including TRS, Production Reliability, MTBF, and loss elimination
