Job Description

With our continued focus on customer outcomes, Aviva are seeking someone who has experience of Premium Finance to join our product management team – whether that’s within an insurer or broker offering the product to its customers or a premium finance house offering the product to Intermediaries or a bank providing premium finance to its customers.

This role offers someone the opportunity play an active part in the management of our Premium Finance product range, including links to distributors who offer our premium finance products to customers, ensuring our premium finance products remains relevant for customers and the market.

A bit about the job:

  • Aviva offers premium finance to our customers in support of our Motor and Home products. This is a valuable product enabling customers to spread annual insurance premiums. This is a new role recognising the importance of our “Premium Finance” product to ourselves and our customers.
  • We want to increase our focus on this product category, monitor the market to evaluate how does our Premium Finance products compare vs the market – including APR and Terms and Conditions.
  • Implement changes to our Premium Finance product range, ensuring the product meets the customer need and commercial needs.
  • We are seeking a seeking to add to a Premium Finance Product Manager to our product team, reporting to the Senior Premium Finance manager

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience in the premium finance market / knowledge of the premium finance product
  • Knowledge of developing and managing products
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory issues
  • Experience of market scanning and researching customer needs, using the insights to recommend product enhancement.
  • Experience in making changes to product terms and conditions and implementing change
  • Experience of working in a “virtual” team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary of £35,000 - £50,000 (National) and £45,000 - £65,000 (London based applicants) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
