The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer in test who can support our Contact Center team in multiple ways such as defining and driving testing strategy across teams, automation testing, CI / CD build out, analysis, and application development. The outcome of this role will elevate the efficiency and speed at which Fidelity not only delivers stable products but delivers quality to our customers.
The Expertise You Have
- Demonstrated experience creating, influencing on, and executing a cross team integration test plan
- Experience with web based and API based automation tool sets such as: Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, Cyara, and Karate
- Experience interacting with different internal customer groups
- Shown proficient development skillset within the following: Java, JavaScript, Jenkins, uDeploy
- AWS Connect and / or Genesys experience a PLUS
- Contact center experience a PLUS (chat, email, voice)
- Strong demonstrated experience in delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience preferred
- Passionate about crafting the best end-to-end customer experience
- You are a multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies and test automation frameworks and solutions
- Energetically pursue new technologies and their adoption

- Enjoy experimental development solutions
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting automation test platforms
- Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting and implementing development pipelines (CI / CD)
