Job Purpose and Impact

The MES Technical Solution Integrity Analyst will be the information technology delivery sponsor for all global initiatives in the portfolio. In this role, you will ensure proper governance and key stakeholders are engaged, provide delivery oversight of scoping and delivery work and act as an equity partner to ensure delivery excellence. You will build, sustain, and enhance the solution capabilities, drive modernization, standardization, and differentiation where appropriate, achieve buy in for innovation and transformation investments, bring the outside in and consult with functional leaders to develop meaningful business performance indicators and dual strategies. You will collaborate with other application portfolio owners to drive overall strategy alignment between global and region-specific portfolios year over year.

Key Accountabilities

• Formulate the long-term information technology global strategy to enhance the functional business processes via technology enablement.
• Delivery information technology sponsor for global program and project delivery ensuring proper governance, delivery shaping and execution across programs and projects aligned to the portfolio.
• Monitor service performance measures in alignment with key service level agreements and key performance indicators defined by the work portfolio and ensure operational excellence target and maintenance plans are defined and managed across ecosystems.
• Develop and foster relationships with third party providers to deliver project quality and operational excellence and innovation.
• Define expectations for the program or project delivery scorecard with project management teams and key stakeholders and lead and facilitate portfolio performance and function or enterprise reviews.
• Maintain metrics of business or operational performance and evaluate trends and execute plans to improve operational support, addressing concerns and needs with high performance solutions.
• Accountable for workforce planning and performance management, talent development, succession planning and coaching and maintaining a highly engaged team to ensure delivery of quality work product and for the financial management across team and business planning.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience interacting effectively, confidently, and appropriately to influence external customers at various levels within the organization
• Minimum of six years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Experience with full stack development, including .NET, SQL, Angular or other web application platform, and/or Savigent/Symphony
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including PCS; process governance; design standards; updating documents; understanding how and what is needed to connect with on L2 – L4 systems; how to guide discussion with Develop, Build, Test (DBT) partners and business; and library management
• Experience with interaction and interfacing of systems such as PCS, SAP, ERP, WMS, IOT, SQL, Infrastructure, interspec, unilab, osi pi, scales, and/or bartender
• Experience with understanding impact of data structure and data size on system performance
• Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative. Demonstrated experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
