Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts for the sale and promotion of our products. This role provides expertise in developing content that will be appealing to our customers highlighting innovation and how our leading technologies provide tangible benefits.

In this function you will:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs for new product launches and phase-out of products; Conceive innovative marketing tools to promote our products
• Communicate commercialization plans and technical product information to internal and external teams, including eblasts and launch packages
• Build value propositions and develop key messaging for new products
• Develop and maintain all sales enablement and digital tools, including brochures, customer presentations, technical data sheets, product aids, videos, web pages, success stories, articles, and educational courses
• Create and manage digital content; as well as social media platforms
• Develop content for master data management (MDM) systems and manage the process for connecting new products to Eaton.com and Order Center from MDM and ERP
• Manage/update literature fulfillment center and Eaton Sales Hub
• Conduct Voice of Customer sessions to align requirements with product line objectives
• Manage national trade show events, including creative demonstration concepts, updating product displays and banner stands, and coordinating logistics
• Collaborate with division, corporate and Electrical sector marketing teams to align with Eaton branding and messaging
• Guide internal and external creative teams/agencies
• Produce and manage annual marketing plan and budget; Track and measure marketing expenditures and control project spending When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.
Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Experience with Electronic Technical Products
- Experience with web development platform (AEM) and marketing automation platform (Eloqua)
Position Criteria:
- Prior work experience with the industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to participate creatively in collaborative teams
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced research environment, set priorities to accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $101,360 - $139,370 a year
