These are the roles we offer:
We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in one of the seven areas: Coating & Laminating, Dye House, DIY, Rewind, Sputtering, Metalizing and Silicone. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager. Primary responsibilities include:
· Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
· Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
· Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
· Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
· Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
· Perform preventative and routine maintenance
· Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
· Other duties as assigned

This is what you bring:
· High School Diploma/GED Required
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
· Must meet minimum Workkeys Assessment ratings

Further requirements specific to these roles:
· You understand and follow all safety procedures
· You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
· Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
· Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
· Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
