THE ROLE YOU PLAY?

As a Makeup Specialist, You will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client at every moment of their Chanel journey. Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will be an artist of relation who contributes to driving the makeup category on the David Jones Elizabeth Street counter.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Create a tailor-made experience and personalised makeover service for each client using Chanel’s experience ritual.

• Share beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques and tips with clients to inspire them to explore our Beauty range

• Coach and offer makeup tips to Beauty Advisors as a voice of influence and inspiration.

• Monitor category performance and partner with the boutique manager on ideas to improve client interest in the category

• Actively retain and recruit clients while developing your client portfolio.

What We Are Looking For

• Expert knowledge in beauty and makeup techniques, trends and culture.

• Storytelling capability and ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.

• Proactive attitude, a self-learner and influencer of makeup practice

• Professional knowledge and certification in makeup artistry or equivalent diploma / certificate

• Professional image to lead as a role model in the makeup category
