We are looking for individuals that are looking to grow with our company.    Our Archbold, Ohio facility has been steadily growing in the previous 5 years and we are looking to continue that growth.   We need employees that want to succeed!  Maintenance Technicians ensure the plant facility systems are maintained operational, identify and follow through on repairs, assigning repairs to Facilities Technician or by working with vendors as necessary.

You Will:

•  You will work independently in carrying out generalized instructions pertaining to operations of the Maintenance department under the direction of Maintenance Supervisor.

• You will read and interpret blue prints, drawings and manuals.

• You will lay out work and estimate materials and costs.

• You will use tools and equipment to design, build, construct, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, set up or adjust machinery, equipment, parts, or vehicles.

• You will assist in working on preventative maintenance on machinery.

• You will maintain records and inventories as required and keep an orderly and clean work area

• You will perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• You must have a 2-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent on the job experience

• You must possess a high level of machine troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment including but not limited to: Allen Bradley PLC’s, Frequency Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Servo Motors, Refrigeration systems (NH3), Boiler systems, and HVAC systems.

• You must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
