Ingredion is hiring a PCM (Planning and Control for Maintenance)/ Reliability Manager to join the the team. This position has the main responsibility to manage the department of reliability, planning and maintenance scheduling, with the objective of increasing the efficiency of the planning and reliability team of the plant's assets and units, with sustainable reduction of maintenance cost.  In addition, this position is the focal point of IPS reliability pillar and will manage all reliability processes developed by the corporate team.

As a PCM Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of the planning, scheduling and maintenance control process
• Management of the maintenance KPIs dashboard via SAP-PM
• Management and creation of the Factory's annual PM schedule together with production teams
• Management of maintenance plans via SAP
• Management of break-in work and asset availability
• Management of the RCA (anomaly treatment) process and FMEA's equipment
• Ensure engineering team deliveries aligned with good reliability and industry practices
• Work with Engineering to build reliable project
• People management

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management and KPIs of planning, maintenance control and reliability
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment applied in industrial processes
• Bachelor in Engineering desired ( Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automation)
• SAP advanced PM module
