In support of our ambition, given that talent management is a critical enabler of schooling excellence, Success Academies has established a talent management capability within the Schooling Department that will dedicate increased management focus and attention and draw upon innovative approaches outside of education to the management of our school-based talent. The Leadership Acceleration function -- part of Schooling’s Talent Management team -- is responsible for driving the design, development, implementation and management of brand new leadership pipeline programs and processes that will support our scaling efforts.
This new role will report to the Head of Leadership Acceleration.

What you’ll do:
Understand how the leadership pipeline process supports our enterprise priority to build a bench of strong leaders and highly proficient people managers who can deliver on ambitious school quality goals
In conjunction with the Head, take early design ideas forward and develop them into concrete, cohesive, high-impact programs or processes that can be operationalized at scale
Develop all stages of the leadership pipeline process, namely: how we identify and assess for leadership potential; how we evaluate readiness; how we select and promote the best and most “ready†candidates; and how we ensure newly appointed leaders experience successful transitions and function effectively in their new position
Develop a people analytics data strategy that enables decision-making at crucial points throughout the leadership pipeline process
In consultation with executive leadership and school superintendents, codify indicators of leadership potential
Deliver earlier and more accurate identification of talent with leadership potential
Develop and maintain a well-vetted pipeline of diverse rising leader candidates
Apply a design thinking approach to the work, namely: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test.
What you need:
A bachelor's degree is required
Minimally 4 years immersed in the work of experience developing customized and scalable leadership acceleration programs
Experience with change management, succession planning, and/or “HiPo†development programs
Experience with selecting and administering leadership effectiveness assessments (e.g. Hogan, 360) to support accelerated leadership development
