Our Internal Communications Analyst position is a cross-functional role and will be responsible for keeping Ingredion’s employees informed on Operational and HR initiatives, globally and employees in the US and Canada informed on corporate strategy and internal stories impacting North America.

The professional will implement the regional internal communications strategy while partnering with local leadership to keep and increase employees’ engagement through internal channels, communication campaigns, and internal activations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and helping to execute internal communications in North America
• Working with internal communications leaders on Operational and HR initiatives and programs.  
• Planning and implementation of local internal comms actions (editorial content, internal activations - face to face or online, engagement actions, and leadership comms)
• Planning and execution of local communication campaigns for other areas
• Comms direct support to senior leadership level (EVP and VP)
• Local internal communication reports

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Internal Communications
• Fluent English with excellent written skills – Associated Press Stylebook
• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Ability to work/manage on multiple projects at the same time
• Language Skills & Proficiency
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools and the desire to master those skills
• Willingness to learn and become the go-to person for new communication platforms
