Job Description

Provide support specific to the streams of work within the scope of this COE, which include a variety of types of Talent Management initiatives and experiences such as:

  • Provide support to the Health Services Leadership Development Program, including coordination of annual Superday on site interviewing event logistics including schedules, locations, refreshments, and digital biography packets of interviewers and candidates in order to hire full time and intern associates.
  • Manage contracting and payment of vendors and participant travel logistics for the high potential leadership Talent Pools and external executive coaching engagements
  • Set up and launch three annual cycles of Leadership 360 surveys, monitor progress, request scoring of reports, and sending scored reports to the aligned facilitator.
  • Maintain and monitor the Leadership Development nominations tracker (SharePoint) for nominative development offerings (ie Leading with Excellence, etc) and compile and submit program completions to update the participants’ profiles in Workday.
  • Register participants in the external mentoring program delivered by our vendor Menttium up to 4 times annually. Tasks include communicating and confirming details with the participant’s HRBP, providing registrations to the vendor, sending email communication to participants and managers, collaborating with the vendor on issues or questions, coordinating vendor payment and cost transfers, and following up on survey data collection.
  • Support the executive evaluation and development process.
  • Support development of PowerPoint presentations to department meetings, operational reviews, etc.
  • Analyze workday reports and extract insights to support succession planning and talent mobility efforts.
  • Coordinate logistics for enterprise Talent Review & Succession Planning events which occur throughout the year involving senior level leaders with challenging calendars and taking point on day of logistics as needed.
  • Gather and document the measures and metrics defined by COE leadership to track progress against the annual priorities.
  • Engage on projects to support the adoption of the Workday and Degreed Talent Management platform, including compiling program completions for upload onto employee career profiles, creating job aids to support change management efforts, and building learning pathways as requested.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bias for action and attention to detail
  • Bachelor level degree in HR, Psychology, or Healthcare Administration (or related field)
  • HR experience required (internships will be considered)
  • Experience with Workday Talent Management preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of employees, including senior leadership and global partners
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships and establish credibility across functions, geographies, and lines of business
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills required
  • Flexibility to allow for limited travel required
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Preferred locations would allow the incumbent to flex into larger hub offices in PA / CT / MO.
