Support the Eastman U.S. Employee Service Center (ESC). The ESC administers U.S. employee benefits and responds to inquiries from employees and retirees who have questions or concerns about benefits, payroll and other general Human Resources topics. This position will:
Use SAP, Success Factors, Employee Central and the Benefitfocus enrollment system to view and update member information. Transactions and duties include:
o Updating addresses
o Reviewing and approving proof of dependent eligibility
o Verifying income and employment
o Updating benefit elections
Demonstrate an understanding of roles and responsibilities among various groups within Benefits so as to be able to appropriately route requests that appear in the ESC inbox.
Create reports and analyze data.
Collaborate closely with members of the ESC and other HR centers of excellence.
Understand and execute U.S. HR processes while adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in HR shared services with US employee benefits.
Dependability is critical.
Good judgment capability on his/her job functions.
Self-motivated to operate independently and also as part of a team.
Familiar with basic applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. SharePoint is also desirable.
Good English capability – both verbal and written.
Effective communication, presentation and writing skills.
