Develop and lead the Brand Collaboration Strategy for current and future brand direction globally, and cross BU, following the Seasonal Brand direction.
Oversee entire partnership process (internal and external) to bring in collab partners and facilitate end to end planning, internal communication, and stakeholder alignment
Contributes and drives the development of PUMA North America’s Collaboration Strategy
Brings in new partners, manage major partner relationships, own relationship with licensing houses
Work hand in hand with the Go-to-Market and Sportstyle teams to provide a yearlong roll out of partnerships
Brings in a good network of potential partners
Service collaboration opportunities across all Business Units + key regions
Drive, mentor and manage the Brand partnership team towards success.
In collaboration with the Creative team, develop the narrative for successful product stories.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing and/or Business or related. Marketing/Business/Process Leader or Industry experience preferred.
10+ years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of sports culture
Ability to think strategically and navigate through a matrix work environment across all levels
Partnership management, ability to develop and capitalize from internal and external partnerships
A collaborative team player who can lead, delegate, coach & partner with different teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds, functions and perspectives
Ability to think ‘digital first’ and being consumer centric
Ability to drive and deliver results
Strong network and connections is a must
