Work you’ll do

• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Improve customer service operations and develop cost-effective supply chain acquisition solutions
•  Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
• Assist in proposal development, as requested
• Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Security Clearance for this role
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Supply Chain optimization experience
• Proficiency working with federal spend data and translating resulting data sets into actionable business intelligence; experience with analytics software applications outside of MS-Excel (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
• Must be a self-starter with entrepreneurial traits and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem solving skills as well as excellent verbal communication and writing skills
