The Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Performance Lead is a key member of the GHRS leadership team and will be responsible for the effectiveness of the GHRS team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the VP of GHRS and the GHRS leadership team in the management, performance monitoring and measurement of the GHRS strategy and business plan. You will own the GHRS playbook which defines the GHRS structure, strategy, priorities, and work principles. You will provide expert guidance to leaders to improve the performance and management of the GHRS organization, and partner closely with key stakeholders to implement changes, build culture and ensure attainment of goals.
Organize and lead the business cycle for GHRS, including strategy, business plan and performance measurement and reporting to ensure attainment of goals and linkage to the People Strategy and overall HR business plan objectives.
Lead the design, implementation, execution, management and performance monitoring of the GHRS strategy and business plan, including regular business reviews.
Lead GHRS performance reporting by integrating information from diverse sources including the HR solutions leaders, the job family and other organizational areas in order to glean insights and partner with leaders to develop action plans and mitigate risks.
Drive actions supporting leadership decisions and overall HR solutions goals and facilitates leadership team through critical activities and priorities throughout the year.
Partner closely with Business Relationship Managers and the GHRS Leadership to understand key business concerns and needs and identify key stakeholders. Assist in creating solutions and stakeholder management plans.
Guide the development and implementation of all internal HR Solutions communications programs in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
Provide expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
