What are we looking for?

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• OR 10+ years of manufacturing experience working with SAP, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie

Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to influence adoption of a significant recommendation involving business process changes and/or new system applications. 
• Ability to present to small groups 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Strong analytical skills

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
• Skilled at process and project management 
• High decision quality in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skills. 
• Demonstrate the ability to define and deliver on customer needs and expectations 
• Ability to influence associates with the benefits of processes and systems. 
• Experience in business area system changes, implementations, and or testing. 

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Ensure End Users and Key Users are competent in processes and system knowledge in Red Prairie and Blue Yonder
• Troubleshoot issues not resolved by Outbound Key Users 
• Assist with onboarding/training of Key Users and documentation 
• Manage process integration, support, conformance and after care 
• Responsible for process consistency and methodology 
• Call out process adherence gaps to functional leaders and provide support to address 
• Maintain/update swim lanes and process documentation  
• Develop analysis and scorecards for communication to the key cross-functional teams to improve overall compliance and effectiveness [Maintaining Reporting Strategy for the Outbound Organization]
• Assist in Continuous Improvement Identification and documentation [BRD Creation and Submission]
