Responsibilities

• Track, manage and validate new system/process implementation
• Support Retail Controlling team to monitor results and implement controls on key metrics
• Partners with the ECOM team to test, and implement new business plans and system improvements
• Support Gift Card analysis and reporting of actuals vs historical
• Provide reporting and analysis of results vs historical and budgeted figures
• Provides accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis for internal requests, as well as all levels of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
• Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Retail/Ecommerce experience valuable
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions
• Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
• High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
