We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our finance transformation team on an 18-month fixed term contract. A bit about the job:

You will join a newly developed Transformation team and deliver business analysis which will include discussing with broad stakeholders their requirements, identifying solutions, resolving business problems and setting out the impacts and risks these may have. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Finance Transformation teams where required to ensure we are building solutions that resolve the business problem and deliver successful outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of delivering business change; Insurance / Financial Services experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent presentational, stakeholder management and effective communciation
• Strong at building and maintaining effective relationships across an immediate project team as wider stakeholders, and effective engagement to drive awareness and buy-in
• Able to gather and analyse business requirements, using appropriate requirements documentation and management processes
• Able to establish scope and introduce a clear process for making changes to the business and assess impacts

What you’ll get for this role:

• Starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
