Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process securely all incoming new dealer Applications.  Review all documents received to ensure all items for same dealer/correct entity and decision whether package complete to proceed to Underwriter. Handle all customer (internal/external) communication regarding application packages and pending issues that need resolved.
  • Provide reporting/initial analysis on all temporary Increase requests, ensure all approvals received and PPA is adhered to regarding approvals, decline increase requests not within PPA, communicate decision regarding increase to field, and activate temporary increases for lines of credit.
  • Receive, review, and process all dealer address changes, account changes, and bank account changes. Ensure adherence to PPA, question documents received if not within PPA, identify potential risk situations, collect proper document, and handle all communication to internal/external customer regarding.
  • Assign all approved contracts to Dealer Orientation Team for closing and update Salesforce regarding assignment to trigger contract flow.
  • Review all incoming company contract signature pages. Ensure PPA is adhered to regarding Legal requirements of contract signing. Identify potential risk items regarding falsified signatures. Decision signature page approval or identify and communicate any rejection items to resolve.
  • Receive, review, and process all company new dealer account activations and current dealer line increase activations. Ensure all contract items align with underwriting approval. Input/activate dealer terms and line of credit. Identify and communicate any needed activation holds on items requiring resolution prior to activation. Correctly file UCC/PPSA/Hypothec on new dealers to ensure NextGear Capital’s securitization on dealer inventory. Communicate activation to all internal/external customers.
  • Responsible for tracking and sending all PMSI notices on NextGear dealers to prior filed Lenders.
  • Responsible for handling Non-Purchase Money Funding dealer set up and ensuring all PPA is adhered to and that NextGear is secured on NPMF set up. Review all incoming NPMF requests, review/analyze NextGear UCC positioning and agreements in place. If NextGear not secure and agreements required from other Lenders, handle all communication and coordination between field teams and legal teams in obtaining Inter-creditor/sub-ordination agreements.
  • Maintain and handle all maintenance items on NextGear Capital UCC portfolio. This includes processing all UCC Continuations, amendments needed, and process/review of all UCC/PPSA/Hypothec alerts to ensure no risk in securitization to NextGear Capital inventory.
  • Responsible for tracking and all review/analysis on UCC required terminations.
    Sending UCC termination letters to other Lenders, and managing all follow up on required UCC terminations.
  • Receive, review, and process all dealer account termination requests.
  • Process various department reporting as necessary.
  • Handle and process all incoming daily department mail and hard contract documents and agreements.
  • Handling of confidential personal and business information with discretion.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office, emphasis on Excel
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Must possess excellent customer service attitude/skills.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Industry knowledge or experience equivalent.
  • Customer service experience (at least 1 year).
