Position Summary:
The Field Operations Supervisor is a rotational position that will evaluate and assist with the day-to-day activities of directing, managing, and coordinating all phases of operations across multiple distribution centers. This may include, but not limited to Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off sight storage facilities, Inventory, etc. This role will report to the Field Operations Manager and will help to support the growth and development of employees as assigned.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Coach and lead the Operations team members to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service.
Partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution orders in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Ensure quality standards and productivity standards are achieved with safety being a priority.
Train, evaluate and develop employees.
Assist in the establishment of productivity tracking, to meet customer schedules and maximize operational efficiency.
Work with Operations team members to meet the demands of the facility.
Assist and evaluate appropriate inventory levels and product loss control processes.
Support shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
Ensure and safeguard company assets.
Assist with various transportation/warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
Ensure completion and proper execution of work procedures.
Support departments to operate within labor and OPEX budget.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
