What you’ll do:
Proactively manage calendar, travel, and expenses for the Hulu Controller
Provide additional administrative support to three Controllership directors
Interface directly with other senior executives and their teams – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job
Schedule complex and high-visibility meetings and calls, internally & externally
Review your leader’s schedule to build-in time for things like thinking and traveling to their next meeting
Understand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct phone calls and schedule meetings
Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video chats
Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles
Handle extremely confidential, sensitive information with discretion, remembering that Disney is a publicly traded company
Coordinate large team offsite events & activities
Assist with team projects and events as needed
Create presentations and documents using Google Workspace
Note: must be available sometimes after hours and weekends
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars
Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs and working in a Windows environment as well as Google Workspace: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business
Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary
Very strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones
Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines
Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and switch easily between tasks
Independent worker, with strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly
Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy elevating any team challenges to Hulu Controller to resolve
Tech savvy and willing to learn new programs and skills
